Alternate fulfilment for 2016

The obligation of employers to employ persons with disabilities in a mandatory proportion (Section 81 of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment) is still in force with some modifications. Employers with more than 25 employees are obliged to employ a ratio of persons with disabilities in a mandatory proportion of these persons from the total number of employees of the employer. The mandatory share is 4%.

The employer's obligation to comply:

  1. Through the employment of persons with disabilities in employment
  2. Through purchasing products or services from employers employing more than 50% employees who are persons with disabilities
  3. through payment into the state budget or mutual combination of the methods mentioned in paragraphs a) to c)
